Lahore Law College has been set up to meet the ever-increasing demand of legal education, which is one of the most important disciplines in the education sector and forms the basis of every civilized and cultured society.
Its study assures a profound awareness of the basic concepts which govern the life of citizens.
Lahore Law College is affiliated with the University of Punjab and registered with Education Department, Government of Punjab. Since its establishment in 1988, it gained popularity by leaps and bounds and has made its mark among the legal education sector.
The college has a congenial academic atmosphere, where the basic stress is laid upon legal education. The classrooms are spacious, airy and well lighted. Special efforts have been made to procure the services of highly qualified and proficient teachers, who take pains in providing profound understanding of the subjects ensuring that the students are well prepared for the demanding role of professional advocates. The work of any academic institution depends upon its teachers and Lahore Law College is second to none in this regard.
Attention has been given to providing a library that can attract and engage students in extensive studies to satisfy their curiosity of learning. Arrangements have also been made for outstanding students to visit the courts of law and efforts for their placement in law firms have been initiated.

Mian Muhammad Ayub Scholarship
The college offers 50% waiver of the tuition fee to students who are position holders in annual examinations among all affiliated colleges with Punjab University.
S.A. Hamid Scholarship
The college offers 25% waiver of the tuition fee to students with financial constraints. The S.A. Hamid Scholarship is only offered to 05 students.
Hafiz e Quran Scholarship
The college offers 25% waiver of the tuition fee to students who are Hafiz e Quran from a reputable institution.

Since 1988, the college has been successfully providing a high level of post graduate education in the field of law and has garnered numerous accolades throughout history. MESSAGE OF THE PRINCIPAL
We warmly welcome all the students joining Lahore Law College for Five years
law degree course. Law and order are base of every progressive society. We are
conscious of this fact and striving to make the students of Lahore Law College
socially sound and professionally excellent. The College has a goal to instill
confidence in the students to accept social and professional challenges and
adapt themselves, following and advocating law for people of the country, fighting
for justice for both rich and poor. The students will gain the prescribed knowledge
to satisfy the academic requirements for admission to legal practice, by a
determined and experienced faculty. They will help them in both curricular and
extra-curricular activities. Beside regular faculty, lecture by eminent jurists will
also be arranged for inspiration. Students can obtain help from Library equipped
with text books and journals, students can enhance their academic skills and get
a taste of real life legal practice by participating in moot courts, mock trials, legal
quizzes and free legal aid clinic.

MESSAGE OF THE DEAN
Plato once said ‘If you want to judge the quality of a civilization, have a look at its teachers’. By teachers he meant the state of education in a country. Education is a process which develops the potential of a person and helps to concentrate his/her energies to whatever aim he/she likes. It is fact that a common man has to face excesses of private and public sectors in his daily life especially in our society and often has to fight long legal wars against them.
That is why the importance of legal education cannot be ignored even in this modern era. I am proud of the fact the Lahore Law College has played a key role in the development of the legal setup in the country by producing prominent, competent and prominent lawyers as well as judges. Thousands of it slaw graduates are striving hard in providing justice to the general public through the platform of bar and bench.
I have the great honor to mention here that the law faculty and the college library both are the granary of legal education and provide latest knowledge to the students.
Creation of healthy traditions and establishment of new academic records are the dignified assets of this college. I expect the new students to uphold the traditions and lay many more glorious traditions for this institution.
